11:00 AM - 12:30 PM EST 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM CST	Virtual University, TEC de Monterrey, 2003 Pinchas Zukerman led a broadband videoconference masterclass from Monterrey, Mexico, to both the Manhattan School of Music in New York and DePaul University in Chicago on Friday October 31.

Friday, October 31, 2003	"Music Bridge" programme with Maestro Pinchas Zukerman
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM EST 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM CST	Virtual University, TEC de Monterrey, 2003 "Music Bridge" on Friday, October 31 was an innovative 3-country project that used broadband videoconference technology to link grade 6 students in Monterrey, Chicago and Ottawa. Students from the Casa Paterna la Gran Familia in Monterrey, Rachel Carson Elementary School in Chicago, and McMaster Elementary School in Ottawa were invited to perform the Sonata in A by Mozart on recorders and to respond creatively in their distinct student groups to this music using any means of artistic expression such as singing, playing, dancing and drawing. Students prepared for the October 31 event by using the Let’s Go Mozart! Teacher Resource Kit to learn about the life, times and music of Mozart, and as well to learn about aspects of their own cultural heritages. Each site had a host/MC. The session was moderated from Monterrey by Claire Speed, the National Arts Centre's Music Education Manager.
